CTC Tankbouw supplied a total of seven tanks, six knockout drums and one retention tank, for a major tank terminal in the Netherlands.
Retention tank:
- One vertical tank holding 220,000 litres (diameter 5,000 mm)
The six knockout drums:
- Two vertical tanks with a capacity of 10,000 litres (diameter 2,000 mm),
- One vertical tank with a capacity of 20,000 litres (diameter 2,500 mm),
- One vertical tank with a capacity of 2,000 litres (diameter 1,016 mm),
- Two horizontal tanks with a capacity of 3,000 litres (diameter 1,016 mm)
Each tank is coated inside with three 100µm dry film thickness coats of Phenguard (930, 935 and 940).
Outside, they are coated with primer, an intermediate layer and a topcoat.
All pressure vessels are designed to withstand a calculated pressure of +7 barg.
